•  WOODEND COTTAGE R3,200 (sleeps 4)
  
• Rates quoted are per night for the cottages and is based on self-catering accommodation.​ Rates are subject to change.
  

TERMS & CONDITIONS

       Reservation Policy:

• Minimum two (2) nights stay policy, and strictly NO PETS.

• All reservations are confirmed via EFT payment of a 50% deposit within 3 days of the invoice being issued. Full payment 14 days prior to arrival.
  

• For bookings made 14 days or less prior to arrival, full payment must be made to secure the booking.

• By confirming your booking with the deposit payment, you are also accepting our terms and conditions.

       Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation 0-14 days before date of arrival, or no-show - visitor forfeits 100% of funds paid.

• Cancellation 15-28 days before date of arrival - visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid.

• Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival - visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid.

       Check-in & Check-Out Times:

• We offer a self check-in/out service during the COVID-19 period.  Check-in is at 15h00 and Check-out is at 10hoo.

     General:

• The cottages are serviced once a week for stays of 6 days and longer. Cleaning services are not provided during Weekends or Public Holidays. Should you require additional cleaning, this will be arranged at an extra cost.​
  

• Whilst every reasonable precaution has been taken to ensure the safety of our guest and their possessions, the owners and management will not be held responsible for any injury, damage or loss sustained whatsoever. The cottage is on a working farm and you are welcome to wander around at your leisure, however young children must be supervised around the farm at all times.​​
